About Me

Welcome to All The Noodles! I’m Robin, and I created this blog to share my passion for noodles with you. With years of experience in the kitchen and a deep love of Asian food, I’m here to share the world’s best noodle recipes with you.

I’m the author of more than 40 cookbooks, a recipe developer with more than 25 years of experience developing and testing recipes, and founder of this blog as well as the blogs All Ways Delicious and Eggs All Ways. I’ve spent my career exploring flavors, ingredients, and cooking techniques and figuring out how to make them accessible to regular home cooks. My focus here is on noodles—simple, delicious, and versatile, with a spotlight on the incredible variety found across Asia.

My goal is to make every recipe easy to follow and recreate in your own kitchen. I provide tips, shortcuts, and substitutions for those hard-to-find ingredients, so you can enjoy authentic flavors without the hassle.

These are recipes that stay true to their roots even when adjustments are made to make them accessible to everyone—no culinary degree or passport required. And of course, they’re all about the noodles.

A Little More About Me

I’ve written more than 40 cookbooks, including bestsellers like Campfire Cuisine, Ramen Obsession, Sushi at Home, Deceptively Easy Dessert Cookbook, 5-Ingredient Cooking for Two, and Ramen for Beginners.

My work has been featured in publications like Cooking Light, Fitness, San Jose Mercury News, San Francisco Chronicle’s SFGate.com, Chicago Sun-Times, Seattle Times, and many more. My recipes have been highlighted by Buzzfeed, Pop Sugar, Delish, The Kitchn, Punchfork, and others.

I’m also cofounder of Food Drink Life, a digital media company that celebrates food, drink, travel, and the art of living through our websites Food Drink Life, Tastes Delicious, and Savvy Saver Secrets.

I was born and raised in the “gourmet ghetto” neighborhood of Berkeley, California, where I now live with my husband and son.

Styled like flowing noodles, the handwritten text reads "XO Robin". The "XO" is large and elegant, while "Robin" is written in a smaller, cursive font. The entire text is in black on a white background.
