Instructions
Cook the noodles according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes. Remove the chicken from the pan, transferring it to a bowl.
